Great, installing the CVS version fixed the problem. Now the MID doesn't
show up in the "reply-to"-field anymore and instead I get the encoded
name plus e-mail address which looks okay to me:

I guess I should kindly ask the FreeBSD port maintainer of BBDB to put
the CVS version into the ports tree.
