Hi,
The usual way I create a new record is by clicking ";".
Usually the note I enter is based on the subject line.
(often I use the subject line even when I edit notes for an existing record.)
It would be nice if the subject line were the default input when the
note field is empty; and appended to the existing note field when it is
not.
I am sure someone has already done this long ago.
So, where is the code? :-)

When we write programs that "learn", it turns out we do and they don't.
