Is there any way to use BBEdit via ssh and/or scp, only? The system I'm trying to connect to does not provide [s]ftp access. At the moment, I'm just scp-ing the file to the system after editing. I own Transmit and have downloaded Interarchy, but neither seems able to handle this situation. Any ideas?

I'd be pretty surprised if Interarchy really couldn't handle this

I was to. The info on the web site was promising, but it still boils down to [s]ftp required (or http, webdav, etc.), none of which I can make use of in this situation. We have a request into the admins to add/start sftpd, but it seems to have stalled in the request queue. Hopefully they'll come through.

, but there's another software option you can try:

http://rsug.itd.umich.edu/software/fugu/

Fugu does include scp, but it appears to be purely as a file copy mechanism, not a directory browser. That's useful, but not quite what I'm looking for.

Thanks for the help, Joe.
