FWIW, I semi-regularly use ChronoSync to normalize my BBEdit prefs and support files (plus those for a few other apps) between machines. The main issue to keep in mind when syncing prefs is that the use of different paths or naming conventions on each machine may throw some things off (e.g. hard-coded paths in scripts, or if your web site folders reside in different places).
