Clearly, clicking into windows of various types has changed -- presumably
with the change to Cocoa. In my case I have been in the habit, when I wanted
to munge some text, of copying the text from wherever it is, bringing BBE to
the front, doing Command-N and then Command-V and then proceeding to munge.
Now I sit there for a few seconds wondering why the text isn't appearing
before I recall that I have to click once in the new BBE window to get its
attention before the Paste will work. I suppose I will get used to this, in
the same sense I'd get used to having one less finger -- reluctantly but
thoroughly.
