As an aside to the BBEdit advice, that is the perfect situation for a database
driven website, which is really the way that you ought to go.

In the past I used to use ColdFusion, which talks directly to Filemaker Pro
Databases, but there are many other options. You could export your data to a
MySQL or Postgres Database and use that directly on your website for example.

Or, if that's too much, then you can just have the PHP file read your CSV
directly and display the data on screen. That means you wouldn't have to go
through a convoluted export / conversion / display route every time your data
changes. You just export your .tab or .csv file directly from Filemaker and
have the PHP script read both files and output what you need.
