Look in the BBEdit user manual under “Searching with Grep”.

I did a quick search on YouTube and found several things using “BBEdit grep”.

This one is TextWrangler, but as you probably know it's BBEdit's freeware 
sibling.

It's not a bad example of what you're trying to do.

Quick and easy doesn't compute when you're trying to learn regular expressions 
to perform complex tasks.

Basic regex is not too difficult to understand.

But getting it to do what you want it to in as bombproof a way as possible 
takes some dedicated study and practice.

I've been using regular expressions for 20+ years and still don't consider 
myself an expert-user, although I'd say I qualify as an advanced-user.
