What about Yojimbo? I know it's it sore need of an update, but I still find it indispensable. For the $3/month the synching costs me, it's well worth it. I wish it would play nicer with iOS, but still hugely useful for all sorts of stuff on my desktops, where the bulk of my work is still done.
