As the administrator of this list I know that quite a number of people
are already subscribed to this list. But, why is there so little
activity going on here?

I assume that most people are just passive information collectors. They
do not want to participate actively in discussions. They just want to
see what's going on. I hope, however, that there are also some people
here who would like to contribute, but are kind of hesitating because
they do not want to be the first, or they just do not know if the
question/problem fits to this list, etc.

Well, first of all, every topic related to BCI should fit. This is quite
a broad area - ranging from signal acquisition, signal processing,
neuro-feedback to actual BCI applications. I guess, people that just
have started doing some research in this area might have a large number
of questions like: What are appropriate features? Should I spatially
filter my signals? Which classifiers to use? How should neuro-feedback
training be performed? ...
If you have such questions, post them here. If you have questions or
suggestions to BCI-info.org, post them here. If you know interesting
news (e.g. the topic BCI somewhere in the media) and you do not want to
post it directly on BCI-info.org, post it here. If you are seeking for
collaborations, ...
I am sure you got the idea: Everything related to BCI or BCI-info.org
can be posted to this newsgroup/mailing-list.
