With today's wireless-dev, maybe my problem is in dhcp-client.

A test using http://mire.ipadsl.net/speedtest.php :
ethernet: 446.961 Ko/sec
bcm43xx: 459.84 Ko/sec
bcm43xx-mac80211: 478.147 Ko/sec
