Dear Colleagues, Following up from the past week's BCOP Task Force session at the RIPE 86 Meeting, I would like to report that we have completed forming a group of volunteers who will conduct series of interviews with Ukrainian operators to record their experience of running networks under extreme conditions of war. This will become a basis for a future document, current working title of which is Best Operational Practices to Survive Natural Disasters or War.
