apt-get install libdvdcss2

you can get source in http://www.videolan.org/


for the w32

apt-get install xine-ui

select Master of the kown Universe in gui

then select decoder (set your path there)

if you can play it then. your xine might compile
without this *.dll support

Install xine from another source.
