Nor would they ever want to do that. The US government has been working since the early eighties to get EVERYONE on the internet (believe, me folks, I know where of I speak). Getting wide acceptance of the internet is so important to the government that Bill Clinton and Al Gore used to go to public schools and teach kids how to use the internet!! Just like television, the internet is an awesome tool in the hands of an oligarchy. Allan
