>>Mary Ann:
>>Just to clarify things a little, are you a member of the Sankanac
>>CSA, also
>>located in Kimberton?

The brochures for Victor's CSA read "Kimberton CSA".   This is the name that is used by the CSA members in Bethesda to describe the CSA.   I recently drove to Kimberton for a visit and to also purchase the raw milk at the whole foods store there using a map I copied from one Victor had.  I did see on the map that the area was called Kimberton Camphill.

Probably Victor could FAX you a copy of the notice from the Maryland inspector if you are interested in viewing it yourself.

Each week the "Kimberton CSA" in Bethesda received the wonderful yoghurt from 7 Stars Dairy.  I was told that the cream came from 7 Stars dairy and that the raw milk cheese and raw milk came from the "Kimberton CSA" which from the map appears to be Kimberton Camphill.

I believe that raw milk can be sold in the stores in Pennsylvania to the public while in Maryland it is not possible without consequences legally.

Gee, even though I do use the preps and use soil from the nearby park which has worms in it for the plants and herbs that grow on the roof of the building in which I live, it would be a bit of a stretch to get a cow in this location  5 blocks from the White House. . . . . so I suppose I will see you in Pennsylvania every now and then to get some raw milk that tastes good to me and makes me feel good after I drink it.

I do enjoy the wonderful 7 Stars yoghurt which I can buy in the health food store here in DC.

I am grateful to all of you in Kimberton who are doing any kind of biodynamic farming.

Kindest regards,
Mary Ann
