Hi Allan, Well it looks like I might not be too much help after all. Win doesn't know of any where to upload/host the sound files for no charge. The web hosting service he uses is www.pageweb.com Don does host large sites and he seems affordable.
I was a little confused about the 100$ set up then 50$ an hour. For what? Do you need to have them converted to the proper format?
