In theory if you are calving all year round, it shouldn't be too difficult. All you need is well fenced paddocks and raceways,  and a calf 'creep' , so they can have somewhere to go to when the herd is being milked, pref. with some meal and hay.
It would lessen the potential damage if the herd cows are dehorned !
An organic Armish farmer in PA (USA) was doing it when I was out there, and he reckoned it was pretty simple, changing his head was the hardest part.
