Allan - W.H.Smith (no relation!) is a mainstream chain of bookshops and a major trade supplier of books, newspapers and magazines to smaller shops; I wouldn't have thought that they'd be very enthusiastic about discount selling, at least at retail. I'd not come across their online operation before, having been well satisfied with Amazon - maybe that's where they offer discount stuff? Tony N-S.
