Hello all & Happy New year,
I was wondering if there are herbalists or others on list who manufacture & sell herbal products from their gardens or farms and if so, what kind of insurance coverage they have in the way of liability insurance?

In my experience, If you sell the herbs and preparations as food, you
can get a rider on your home insurance policy, even if you are
growing the herbs on land separate from your residence. If you
current carrier can't handle this, check the yellow pages for a FARM
BUREAU releated insurance agent. -Allan
