Hi! I'm facing the following problem . I populated a datagrid from the database using
DataTable method . but I need to make one column as a hyperlink. I used
hyperlinkcolumn property of datagrid for it. But for this I need to pass a varibale
from the code benind page in the aspx page(design view) to the
DataNavigateUrlFormatString property, as the url is coming from a constant file and
query string along with it has to be in encrypted fomat. I'm unable to pass a variable
declared in my code behind page to the design view of the aspx page I'm doing smth
like below : <asp:HyperLinkColumn DataNavigateUrlField="svcType"
DataNavigateUrlFormatString='<%# "strUrlName" %>?{0}'
DataTextField="svcType"> </asp:HyperLinkColumn> where strUrlName is the variable
declared in the code behind page. But it didn;t worrk. Can you suggest me how to
pass a variable in the above scenario. regards Gaurav
