hi mrinal, Thanks man.i tried your code and its works
fine. but i am facing one more problem. see from the method i'll be getting an
object of the passed class. eg. if am passing Assemlyname and myclass as
class name then we will be getting and object of the type Assemblyname.myclass.
in application suppose i want to use that object and need to call a method
inside that i am getting and error saying invalid cast. i tried this code
//create an object of component. MyComponentAssembly.MyComoponetClass oComObj;
//call the method. MyAssembly.myclass oMyObj = (MyAssembly.myclass)
oComObj.CreateComponentInstance("MyAssembly","myclass"); if(oMyObj != null) {
     string steEncrypt = oMyObj.Encrypt("rashid"); } How can solve the
error?..any idea.....?   regards, Rashid
