The June Boulder Ruby meeting is next week on June 21st at 7pm. Niels Liebisch will present on Busy Docs, a Rails application and some of the struggles he had to deal with including deploying to a Windows PC, connecting with Google Docs API and interacting with Windows .NET classes. Following afterwards, Tyler Jennings of Obtiva will be presenting his talk, Strangling a Java webapp with Rails. Tyler will demonstrate the incremental transition of a small Java web application to Rails using JRuby.
Pivotal Labs will be providing food while Obtiva is sponsoring beer this month. http://boulderruby.org/meetings/2011/05/06/june-2011/ For July and August, we don't have a beer sponsor so let me know if your company is interested in that. Also, we have room for talks in July and August. Email me offlist if you're up to speaking. Cheers, Marty Haught http://boulderruby.org _______________________________________________ Bdrg-members mailing list [email protected] http://rubyforge.org/mailman/listinfo/bdrg-members
