Hello all,

At the upcoming Rocky Mountain Ruby Conference (http://rockymtnruby.com/)
August 31 - September 2, we are going to have a Stay with a Local program
for Rubyists coming into town for the conference.

We did it last year and not only did the visiting Rubyists get a chance to
experience Boulder through a local's eyes but the locals who opened up their
spare rooms/couches got a chance to really get to know some cool folks.

I am emailing to find out who would like to open up their place this year to
visiting Rubyists.

Since most of the out of towners won't have a means of transportation, we
are targeting places that have an easy way to get to downtown Boulder
(public transportation, walking). This doesn't mean that if you live off the
beaten path, you can't participate. It just means that we need to find you
that special out of towner that has their own transportation or if you are
attending the conference you can give them a ride to/from Boulder.

Regardless of location, if you are interested in opening up your place
please email me with the following:
Your address (I promise I won't share it with any marketing firms)
How easy it is to get from your place to downtown Boulder without your own
means of transportation
What type of accommodations you have

Thanks in advance,
Mike
