The Pragmatic Studio folks some times teach a course in the Denver area. The only one I see listed on their site right now is in Reston VA, but that might get updated. http://pragmaticstudio.com/rails/ I took their advanced Rails course a couple of years ago and it was fabulous. It definitely took my coding to the next level. For an experienced coder, a month or so of Code School might help get her over the hump. http://www.codeschool.com/courses Their Ruby and Rails courses wouldn't fully teach either subject - but would give her a quick tour so she could teach herself from one of the available books. I didn't think the latest version of Agile Web Development With Rails was well edited so I might suggest the Rails 3 in Action book instead. But either are probably fine for someone with some programming background. -- Cynthia N.
