How to create menus using Perl CGI?
You would use DHTML or JavaScript -- in either case it is not Perl related. Perl CGI would ONLY be a delivery/code formatter and wold not provide any type of Menu control via CGI. After all the web browser can only speak HTML and the like - not Perl.
Maybe dhtmlcentral.com would be more appropriate for your question and research.
