Can you give me instructions how I can contribute changes to packages? If I encounter issues in my image and I fix them locally, how do I submit the equivalent of a "pull request" to submit my changes to the person who owns the package?
If "Beginners" is the wrong place to ask this question, please tell me which list I should post this in. My Smalltalk experience is very old, before we had packages, and at that time it seems we just filed out and filed in changes, but I'm hoping there is a better way to do this now.
