FYI, my ActiveState PPM ver 4.17 pointed to repository:
http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x64/5.16/1603/package.xml
does list Devel-Trace version 0.12.
I did not try to install it.
I have never had an ActiveState Perl DevKit license, or
certainly didn't pay for it.
