That looks like a pirated copy of one of O'Reilly's bookshelf CDs. This is, in a real way, stealing from the authors of these books. There's no way to stop people from putting these online, but we can at least avoid publicising them in legit places like this one. Please do not link to sites like this on mailing lists.
