   Hello, nice to see you here. You can definitely embark on a
   build from scratch effort. The BeleniX environment today is
   a complete development environment and one can even build
   OpenSolaris from source on BeleniX. Recent releases of
   belenix have been completely built on BeleniX itself.

   For a head-start you may want to investigate the BeleniX
   source repository here:
