Hi All, It's the damn NWAM again :(
I am running the BeleniX live cd on bare metal on my personal laptop (Acer Aspire 2920) "ipconfig -a" shows me that BeleniX is able to detect a wireless card , but is unable to take an IP. I use WPA2 Personal at my home. NWAM should bring up a prompt where I can enter the wireless key. But no such prompt shows up I have tired enabling and disabling NWAM by hand quite a number of times. This laptop has SXDE 1/08. NWAM used to be flaky there as well, but would typically prompt for the WEP Key after the second/third time. How do I fix this? Also, can someone please guide me as to how to setup wireless networking by hand. I am comfortable with "/etc/network/interfaces" way of doing things in Ubuntu Thanks in advance!
