How about having a scoopzone category for Artwork (themes, wallpapers, etc.)

Contributors could post their work, others can vote them up/down.

What I'm trying to say is that we can use the scoopzone to make
something like KDE-Look.org for Belenix contributions. Another example
is http://www.linuxmint-art.org/
