Hi All,

Some of the planning details for the hackathon is being worked out.
The details should be out by next monday (23-Aug).
It is likely to be on 11-Aug(saturday), this early piece of
information is to help the participants accomodate this in their
schedule.

Participation confirmation is approaching a dozen(12). Depending on
logistics we may have to cap the further number of confirmations if
any.

Incase any of your mails expressing your wish to participate has not
been acknowledged, expect me to do so by monday(23-Aug). Beyond this
date, if you have still not received the acknowledgement, you may get
in touch with me to check if I have got my list right.

cheers
Shiv
