Do take time to make sure you are familiar with the rules, if you haven't read them, please do! And if you haven't read them for 7 years, take a minute to reread them. Matt did an excellent job with them, and I've never felt the need to tinker! When you have problems with the List, PLEASE, do not send emails to the List Processor. They don't do anything with them, and when they get the chance they just pass them along to me. They don't need the extra work, and I hate to see the answers to your frustration take extra time getting to the right place.
