Barb: If you have a spare under-the-sink cupboard, you can buy a rollout device at Lowes or Home Depot that installs on the floor of the cupboard. It is made so that a plastic garbage can sits in the rollot device. By putting the garbage in the cupboard, you have erected another barrier to keep it from the dogs. If the dogs can open the cubboard, install a clip to secure the door.
