Hello All.
We've had some weird things happening with the Storm and Storm II 5.0 OS. I am curious if anyone else has noticed this anomaly. When we activate an existing user that has upgraded their phone to the Storm or Storm II, once EA goes through we notice the Enterprise Activation icon is on the desktop to the left of Messages. If you click it you get the following: usern...@companydomain.com is now enabled. Email makes it through fine. However Contacts, Calendar are not synched. In some cases, we notice this clearing out after a few days. So the window goes away, contacts / calendar have fully synched, however it took approx. 2 - 4 days. This makes no sense to me! Any thoughts? We have resent SBs and the likes! We are on Exchange.
