I had him go in on his Blackberry and all the folders are selected. The same thing happened, the first went to the right folder as did the second, but 3-7 went into the second email folder. He tried an 8th, and it went correctly.
I'll see if I can get a different unit activated, but am starting to wonder if it's possibly some sort of mailbox issue.
