WG I believe there is consensus to publish this draft as a Standards Track RFC.
There have been a number of statements expressing knowledge of implementations, in accordance with our implementation policy. There was one comment on the specification of the size of the label field, but this comment was addressed in the subsequent discussion. Please look out for my shepherd’s review.
