I support WG adoption. I have seen one of the issues solved by this draft in production environments related to arp suppression where stale mac-ip entires are not flushed and black hole traffic. The workaround used and recommended by the vendor was to not use arp suppression due to stale entry issues. This is in a vxlan evpn environment.
Jorge I believe this solution would resolve the arp suppression stale entries issue. The advantage to arp suppression is to cut down on continuous flooding of advertisements and caching the entries so only advertised once which has the risk of stale entries.
