I came to love Jazz and discover high-end audio because of my MusicMatch player and account. It plays a genre and I click on an artist or album to learn more. I now own CDs and equipment (SB3) I never would have considered without this exposure.
Only two feature developments stand in the way of seamless wallet gain for SlimDevices. The user environment is a browser on PC (stating obvious so we don't confuse with the thin client UI). (1) SqueezeNet requirement for playing Pandora means SB is not available to play Amazon sample streams. This brings up the second feature request, (2) URL parsing inside the Slim Server interface for mms streams. I current use a sniffer-decoder to parse the streams (http://www.donationcoder.com/index.html) and then paste the mms link into the "radio tune" entry on Slim Server. Of course, I'm no longer enjoying Pandora in order to do this.
