I'd be glad to give more info - OS is XP Pro SP2 Install was clean - was very careful to remove all traces of 6.3.1 No plugins installed.
I never tried it without Itunes installed, but did try it with a totally clean install of Itunes 6. I did however try it both ways - using Itunes library and not with a complete rescan each way and got the same result either way. Hope this info helps. Please ask any other questions you may have and I'll do my best to answer. BTW, 6.3.1 has been great for me...fast, stable....and thanks for all the great work from the Slim Devices team!
