I don't know of any other way to do this. I would suggest manual
partitioning to be preferable to wiping all partitions on a machine!

I'm not sure how you're doing this now (I've not actually done an
install of ISC yet) but you can specify IP parameters both on the boot
line and in the kickstart. It should be possible to somehow get the user
to enter the IP information during install and save that.

Can you not manually edit the kickstart config file at some stage in hte
pungi build process?
