I've been experiencing this for a few days and I'm not sure if it's just me - I recently deleted the entire cache and let it rebuild.
Everything on the left side of the home screen is 'squashed' up to a few lines, which cannot be expanded. It's not possible to click on any of the arrows. Squashed in IE7, OK in FF2. Happens 90% of the time with SC7.2 and SC7.3 I've tried it from two different machines with the same result. I also get the following error in IE7.
