Not for me on 25031. When the page first loads it is fine. If I then click the refresh button the menu collapses and I can't open it up. I can restore functionality by clicking on the search icon and then on the home link in the top left hand corner. Screen grabs attached. On Windows Server 2003 all I see is the "broken" screen, and I can't do anything to restore functionality. There seems to be about three threads reporting the same issue.
