Are you based in the UK/US or Germany? You can only use the built in Last.fm plugin, which is produced by Slim Devices if you reside in these countries at the moment. You will need to use the updated version of Squeezescrobbler v.1.12 which can be found here:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=105780 If you are using the third party Squeezescrobbler plug, it will will not show up on the Duet as an option for you to select. If you are in the UK/US or Germany, you may need to disable Last.fm Squeezescrobbler and restart SC to get the built in plugin working.
