No, it's not obvious. Doesn't look like you can mark a 'Tune in URL'
station as a favorite once.
What you need to do is find Favorites in the home menu, click the
Pencil icon ('Edit'). Then you'll see a 'New Favorite' button. Click
it, enter your URL and give it a name, then save.
