Yeah, we are still shipping 5.8 binaries for Mac and i386/x64 Linux. Windows is the only thing that has moved to 5.10-only, because we distribute compiled versions. Virtually nobody runs it using ActivePerl, and the benefits of using 5.10 outweigh the hassle for those people to upgrade.
