Hi there, i'm still seeing this, even on r28476. My scan looks like this:
Total Tracks: 15,288 Total Albums: 1,496 Total Artists: 615 Total Genres: 20 Total Playing Time: 1197:11:33 Music Scan Details Directory Scan (14262 of 14262) Complete 00:30:09 MusicIP Import (14262 of 14262) Complete 00:00:46 Playlist Scan (84 of 84) Complete 00:03:57 iTunes Import (14264 of 14264) Complete 00:06:14 iTunes Playlist Import (62 of 62) Complete 00:04:52 Merge Various Artists (1471 of 1471) Complete 00:00:17 Artwork Scan (1495 of 1495) Complete 00:23:33 The server has finished scanning your music collection. Total Time: 01:09:48 (Thursday, September 10, 2009 / 12:13 AM) I have a discrepancy between the directory scan picking up 14262 tracks and the actual total tracks (15288). The 1022 extra tracks are all duplicates. Is there anyway to find out what is causing this? My gut feeling would say MusicIP as it is all that has changed in my setup recently? I'll try scanning and turning that off to see if it helps. Any other ideas?
