For me browsing to the folder is not enough to get the album art. To get it I follow these steps:
1. Browse to the folder with the album. The album will show with art. 2. Browse to the artist. On the artist page the album doesn't have art. Going to the album page will add the art. If this fails, follow bps's instructions.
