An artist name containing a ' should be considered the same as an artist name
containing `.

But when searching, any diacritics or punctuation can be removed to find more
hits.

So, a user could have songs by an artist "Sinead O'Connor", and other songs by
an artist called "Sinead O`Connor". They should be treated as different
artists, but each would have a namesearch content of "Sinead OConnor", and
searching for either "Sinead O'Connor" or "Sinead O`Connor" would find both
artists.

It would then be possible to easily find the music that has inconsistent tags
and fix them. When all music with artist="Sinead O`Connor" are eliminated, a
rescan should delete that artist.

As the two forms of the artist name are currently treated as the same artist
record, no amount of tag tweaking and scanning for changed music will correct
the DB.
