Fairly radical, in that a lot of users are going to install 7.6 and find their loosely tagged libraries containing extra artists, extra genres and some albums could be broken up. I think it might be good to do this sooner rather than later and see how well beta testers accept the notion that they need to fix their tags when things looked fine before. But it's also probably the correct solution. It would mean that running multiple new & changed scans would be one step closer to being the same as running a full scan.
