AWY is the developer working on the OneBrowser cleanup/redesign branch. The 7.6.0 nightlies have been built on this track for two months now. I am not sure when the skins was actually removed from the distribution. Note that it was originally stated that if the OneBrowser does not reach an acceptable functionality level it will not be part of 7.6.0.
